The Glocks were hiking again this weekend--Snake Mountain on Saturday. There aren't any snakes on the mountain (really we have no idea why it is named that), but the summit is a gorgeous view of VT farmland!
September is such a great month to get out and hike and that is just what we did on Sunday. Here are some shots from the summit of Prospect Rock Mountain. If you look close you can see the leaves are just starting to change!
Travis has mad skills these days--his favorite being the fact that he can pull up on anything and everything and instead of napping his favorite pastime is standing up and rattling his crib. OK so it is kind of cute!
We embarked on our first family camping trip this weekend. We camped in the high peaks region of the adirondacks. Despite a soggy start to the weekend we ended up having a great time and got in a beautiful hike on Sunday!
Well I missed a week posting to the blog but I have been too busy baby proofing my house--now that the outlets are covered and all shaky vertical furniture has been removed I can turn my attention back to the blog for a brief moment. Travis is not only crawling but pulling himself up on everything in site, so I can pause for just a second to acknowledge Andy's 35th Birthday!
